IberGour visiting the Madrid Motor Show 2009
On April 1 we were at the Salon de Gourmet Club of Madrid, which was celebrating its XXIII edition.

Very important ecological RiofrÃo caviar produced in Grenada. Extraordinarily silky slightly salty. Delicious, but very few affordable (150 € 60 grams of caviar classic vessel, the 220 € and 540 € excelsius the albino). To say then that the Iberian ham is expensive!
We lost the competition to cut the ham, the promises of food and many of the activities and debates. Let's see if next year we can afford a more enjoyable visit ..
